The World Scholar’s Cup is a celebration of learning. It challenges teams to work together because there is nothing harder or more inspiring than knowing that someone else depends on you. Instead of focusing on memorising facts, WSC is applying them and relating them to the world around us.

The students of Hopetown participated in the Regional Round and showed their prowess in Scholar’s Bowl, Debate, Scholar’s Challenge and Collaborative Writing. The WSC team of 2019 not only broke the past records but has also set a new benchmark for the future teams. The team returned with 177 medals and 4 trophies. All 24 students have qualified for the Global Round.
