‘Scrap to Art’ this was a competition cum webinar conducted by The Rotaract Club of the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. This competition was to unleash the creativity of budding, talented students.

The competition was about creating something valuable, decorative and unique from waste materials. This was followed by a webinar on shaping students’ underlying foundations in social service and being an asset to our country.
