Scholastic Book Fair

 In News

Scholastic was founded in 1920 by Maurice Robinson Wilkinsburg in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The Scholastic Book Fair was held last weekend in Hopetown.

Books enrich our education and knowledge and book fairs instill a love for reading that lasts forever. When a student engages in the continuous reading of books they gain more information and ideas to motivate their thinking. Children learn new words. They absorb information on how to structure sentences effectively in their writing and speaking.

I feel the need of reading. It is a loss to a man not to have grown up among books.” Abraham Lincoln
