Community Service in Bahadurpur
“Without community service, we would not have a strong quality of life. It’s important to the person who serves as well as the recipient. It’s in the way in which we ourselves grow and develop.”
-Dr Dorothy Height
Community Service by Grade 9 students from the 24th to the 26th of February.
The students of Grade 9 interacted with the underprivileged students of a Government school adopted by Hopetown Girls’ School in Bahadurpur.
Engaging in community service provides students with the opportunity to become active members of the community and has a lasting, positive impact on society at large. Community service enables students to acquire life skills and knowledge, as well as provide a service to those who need it most.
Our students helped to teach these little children various subjects, taught them various activities, played different games donated stationery to the children and, gave the school a brighter look by painting on the walls.
